Terms of Use
Last updated: 22 October 2026
By using Wallket you agree to these terms. When the app is downloaded from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) applies as well.
1. The service
Wallket is a tool for tracking a personal budget. It doesn't give financial, investment or tax advice. Rates, prices, card limits and forecasts are for information; your bank's and official figures prevail.
2. Your data
Your budget data is kept on your device. Backing it up against a lost phone or a deleted app is your responsibility (Settings → Export backup). With sync on, it is also in the spreadsheet in your Google account.
3. Wallket Pro
- Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds follow Apple's policies and are requested through Apple.
- Family sharing: one plan covers 3 Wallket accounts in all, the buyer included. When the buyer's Pro ends, the invited members' Pro ends too.
- Pro features may change over time; free features (offline use and the pet) won't become paid.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the app unlawfully, to access other people's accounts or data without permission, or in a way that disrupts the service.
5. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages from data loss, wrong calculations or decisions based on the app.
6. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above changes. You can stop at any time by deleting your account and the app.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
